Description

Titanium foil is where our cold-rolling know-how shows most. Rolling titanium to ultra-thin gauges with even thickness and a clean surface takes dedicated equipment and tight process control, both of which we run in our own plant.

What we supply

Ultra-thin precision foil

Rolled to tight thickness tolerance with a mirror finish for stamping, forming and laminating.

Commercially pure foil

Gr1 to Gr4 for high formability and corrosion resistance.

Alloy foil

Gr5, Gr12, Gr23 and Ti-6242 for higher strength.

Made in our own plant

Our coils and foils are rolled on titanium-dedicated high-precision cold rolling mills, annealed on continuous annealing lines, finished and tested in our own factory. Internal control specifications are generally stricter than the corresponding public standards.

What products does Taitong Titanium supply?

We manufacture cold-rolled precision titanium coils and foils in our own plant. Through our one-stop sourcing network we also supply titanium sheet, plate, forgings, bar and rod, wire, tube and pipe, pipe fittings and machined parts.

Can you produce ultra-thin or extra-wide titanium coils?

Yes. Ultra-thin and extra-wide coils are our core strength. Send us the grade, thickness, width and standard you need, and our technical team will confirm feasibility and propose the best route.

Do you provide Mill Test Certificates and accept third-party inspection?

Every batch is shipped with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC). Our internal control specifications are stricter than the public standards, and third-party inspection is acceptable upon request.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide sample service before bulk orders so you can test the material in your own process before committing to volume.

Which trade terms and processing services do you offer?

We support FOB and CIF and other common terms, and offer slitting, customized sizes and surface treatment. Our after-sales team responds quickly to any question about the goods.
